50-year-old Male This was a gentleman that did speeches for a living and had broken his denture. A huge emergency! We organised for an implant to be placed with grafting (while fixing his denture) and restored it a few months later. We achieved a near-perfect copy of his opposite lateral incisor as the final photo shows. Implant: Straumann® Roxolid® Bone Level Tapered Ø 3.3 x 10mm. Crown: Straumann® Variobase® ASC with IPS e.max® A2 shade
