This lady presented with a baby tooth that had no adult canine underneath hence she needed an implant to replace what wouldn’t last much longer.

We extracted the canine and immediately put in the implant with a temporary tooth made from composite so she didn’t have to leave with gap in her smile.

After using the temporary to shape the tissue and develop the site aesthetically we made the final permanent crown and matched her other teeth almost flawlessly.

Crown: Straumann® Variobase® C with IPS e.max® A2 shade – hand shaded by Dr. Jeremy Lung and created in our in-house laboratory.
