Dental Implants Before and After

This patient presented with 2 remaining upper teeth on one side of his mouth and elected to have the ‘all-on-4’ treatment protocol.

I extracted the remaining 2 teeth and added the teeth onto his existing upper denture and waiting 5 months before the placement of implants.

6 Neodent® implants were placed without bone-grafting because the patient had sufficient bone and the patient was given a temporary fixed bridge the next day.

6 months later, A final bridge was fabricated and inserted.
