Dental Implants Before and After

This patient presented initially with upper bridges and upper teeth that had very poor prognosis in the next 5 years.

She elected to have ‘All-on-4’ treatment for simplicity and aesthetics.

We extracted all her teeth and put in a full upper denture for 6 months while the bone healed. The advantage of doing it this way meant there was no grafting required for this case

Implants were placed and a temporary bridge was put in for 2 months.

We then inserted the final bridge.

Bridge: Ivoclar Vivadent® SR Phonares II teeth in acrylic resin on a Straumann® CARES® Titanium Bar
