You're One Step Closer to a Brand New Smile
What to Expect at Your
No Obligation Free Consultation
We understand that taking the first step can be intimidating. That’s why we strive to make your initial visit informative, relaxed, and pressure-free. Here’s exactly what will happen when you come in for your All-on-X consultation at Epping Family Dental:
Warm Welcome: From the moment you arrive, our friendly team will greet you and help you feel at ease. You’ll be guided through the process by our Practice Manager, Queeny, who will review your dental history and listen to your concerns and goals. This is a judgment-free zone – whether you’ve avoided the dentist for years or have a mouthful of issues, we’re here to help, not lecture.
Advanced Imaging & Scans: During your visit, we’ll take any necessary x-rays, including a 3D ConeBeam CT scan and detailed intraoral scans. These advanced diagnostics allow us to assess your bone levels and oral condition in detail. It’s quick, painless, and gives us all the information we need to plan your ideal treatment.
Zoom Consultation with Dr. Jeremy Lung: The next day, you’ll have a dedicated Zoom consult with Dr. Jeremy Lung, where he will walk you through the findings, explain if you’re a good candidate for All-on-X, and outline the best treatment options available to you. He’ll also answer any questions you have about the process, surgery, recovery, and costs.
No-Obligation Treatment Plan: If you’re ready to proceed, we’ll provide a personalized plan with transparent fees, a timeline, and all the next steps – including how to access your super or payment plan options. Prefer to take time to think it through? No pressure at all. We’re here when you’re ready.
Our Promise: Whether you go ahead or not, you’ll leave with valuable knowledge about your oral health and solutions tailored to your situation. Many patients say they feel “relieved and informed” after their visit.
📌 This comprehensive consultation package is normally valued at $450 – but we offer it FREE to a limited number of patients each week.
